The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the main tools and methods of study relating to discipline, and to expand the canon of authors and texts covered during the 1st degree courses (Laurea triennale) of Italian Literature.

Examinations. The examination verifies: 1) the in-depth knowledge of nineteenth-century literature; From Monti to D'Annunzio; Knowledge of critical historical-critical data and the ability to analyze the texts introduced and annotated in the edition of the manual are required. Specifically, the narrative and / or lyric structures, content, language, and style structures must be taken into account in the analysis. 2) knowledge of the content of the lectures of the two modules. In some exceptional and documented circumstances, it may be possible to agree with the instructor an individual exam program.
