To learn “Basic Life Support” or vital function support (BLS). This represents a first-aid procedure that includes cardiopulmonary resuscitation and a sequence of basic life support actions. The aim of this procedure is to keep the brain and heart muscle oxygenated by causing, by means of compressive thrusts on the chest, a minimum amount of blood circulation, since the main risk is represented by anoxic brain damage.

To promptly carry out the rescue operations, since the probability of survival decreases by 7-10% for every minute from the start of cardio-circulatory arrest.
