The objective is to acquire fundamental knowledge of the Italian constitutional system, including constitutional principles, the system of sources, constitutional organization, and subjective legal positions in public law. Specifically, students are expected to acquire the ability to understand the scope of principles and institutions, the functioning of the bodies, and potential issues of interpretation and application.
