Course Prerequisites

A good understanding of software engineering techniques fosters the comprehension of software project management approaches. Good command of English (B1/B2 level). Finally, teamwork is welcome.

Teaching Methods

• Lectures are supplemented by incidents performed in the classroom.
• Teacher’s notes include review questions that are intended to test the comprehension of the foundations taught.
• Students receive as a team assignment a Project Work on Healthcare that includes WBS, a work package example, asessment of project risk or of organizational impact.
