The training program, which is laboratory-based, will explore the theoretical background and philosophical - pedagogical assumptions, with particular reference to phenomenology and hermeneutics, and qualitative research methodologies. Special attention will be paid to narrative techniques in the healthcare field and specific applications in nursing and midwifery research.
Aims of the course

Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione applicate (Applying knowledge and understanding): implementation of reflective practice through the analysis of clinical experiences, the narration of experienced emotions, (narrative medicine), in order to improve self-awareness and the management of your own emotions.
Autonomia di giudizio (Making judgements): Apply narrative methodology as a pedagogical tool to develop leadership and decision-making skills in complex organizational contexts.
