The course aims to bring the student to learn the main physiological changes that occur in special and extraordinary environments and the differences in athletic potential related to age. At the end of the lessons the student will have acquired fundamental knowledge that will allow him to administer physical activity with full awareness of the physiological responses that will follow the prescription, maximizing the result for an improvement in athletic performance.
