The student, with reference to knowledge and ability to understand, demonstrates knowledge and ability to understand about:
- The structure and function of the central and autonomic nervous system; - Emotions and their regulation, particularly through mindfulness practices and the "RICERCA" model applied to sports; - Communication and group management; - The use of relational psychomotricity and play for personal development; - Appropriate terminology related to the areas of psychology addressed.
The student, with reference to applied knowledge and understanding skills: - demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the correlations of all cognitive and perceptual processes, in particular to those related to motor, attention, emotion and communication (i.e., language); - demonstrates knowledge, understanding and bringing out potentials and qualities in the person, including through the use of specific tools (mindfulness, "RICERCA" model, etc.).
The student, with reference to autonomy of judgment: - acquires the ability to discern issues of a physiological from those of a psychological nature; - acquires the ability to use communication principles correctly; - knows the applicability of the use of mindfulness techniques in sports; - acquires knowledge of relational psychomotricity practices; - acquires knowledge, use and dissemination of the "RICERCA" model.
"Juridical": The class aims to give students an introduction to Italian private law (as "law in books" and as "law in action").

Teaching Methods
Teaching will be conducted through:
- Lectures; - Video analysis; - Individual and small group workshops;
"Juridical". Frontal lessons (active learning and students' partecipation). Case law reading and analysis.
Assessment Methods
The student will conduct on-going labs that will contribute to the final grade. The final exam will consist of a written test structured in 30 closed-ended questions.
"Legal module". An oral exam with a specific focus on giving students an introduction to Italian private law in the most recent legislative and judicial perspectives

Legal module. In order to pass the exam, it is necessary to have knowledge of the lecture notes, slides, and any additional materials uploaded on the Kiro platform. Should the required 75% attendance not be met, the following materials must be studied in order to pass the exam: R. Caterina, Elementi di diritto civile, Giappichelli, Torino, last edition (with the only exception of Chapters 5 and 6)

"Juridical". Introduction; contract law; civil liability; personal rights; principles of private sports law.

I would like students to come to the course with curiosity and willingness to question themselves. It will be a course that will address the topics through frontal lectures, but more importantly it will challenge (perhaps) their way of "being in the world" to become better educator, instructors, and person.
