Course Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of human anatomy and biochemistry. Basic knowledge of training methodology, basic movement patterns and foundamental bodyweight exercises
Teaching Methods
Use of media and interactive production for the first lesson only. Use of a media, Q&A and physical exercises combination for the remaining lessons.
Assessment Methods
Non-valutarive theoretical and physical exam.
