At the end of the course the students will know and be able to apply the principles of theory, methodology and organization of training. They will have to understand the conceptual framework of the training and adaptation process based on scientific evidence and know how to apply it to the different reference contexts using the appropriate training methods and means.
Course Prerequisites
Students should have basic knowledge of training conduction, heart rate and force loads calculation .
Teaching Methods
The course is based on lectures in the classroom with the support of power point slides and the organization of moments of common discussion.
Assessment Methods
Written exam with multiple choice and open questions to verify the learning of fundamental concepts, followed by oral interview. Only students who are suitable for the written exam (score equal to or greater than 18) will be admitted to the interview.
