Upon completion of the course, the student should know and be able to apply the principles of training theory, methodology and organization. He/she should understand the conceptual framework of the training and adaptation process based on scientific evidence and be able to apply it to different target contexts using the appropriate training methods and means.

The course is based on face-to-face classroom lectures
Assessment Methods
Written exam with multiple-choice and open-ended questions to test learning of fundamental concepts, and if necessary, followed by oral interview. Only students who pass the written exam (score of 18 or above) will be admitted to the interview.
