The course will approach the basis of the theoretical framework related to the evaluation of the fitness components related to both health and performance in humans
Teaching Methods
Theoretical and practical lessons, reading and review of the up-to-date scientific information, and elaboration of a fitness evaluation plan based on the current evidence.
Assessment Methods
The final evaluation will be composed by 30 questions, which will be related to the topics of the course.
