After the course, the student should have general knowledge of what a drug is, how drugs can be administered, what drugs do to the body, what the body does to drugs, and how drugs are metabolised and eliminated. Pharmacodynamics
Course Prerequisites
Prerequisites for this course are Anatomy, Physiology, Biology and Biochemistry.
Teaching Methods
Lectures will be the main teaching method (80%). There will also be practical exercises aimed at assessing learning and applying the knowledge acquired in class (20%).
Assessment Methods
Assessment through a written exam conducted jointly with the exams of other modules of the Integrated Course. For details, please refer to the Integrated Course.
The exam will be written and will cover exclusively the topics discussed in class.
The test will be conducted on Kirotesting and will consist of 23 multiple-choice questions (there may be more than one correct answer).
The exam must be completed within a maximum time of 30 minutes.
