LOGOPEDISTA
Il laureato in Logopedia potrà svolgere il proprio ruolo professionale ai sensi delle vigenti normative.
Il Logopedista, conformemente a quanto previsto nel progetto riabilitativo individuale, potrà praticare autonomamente la riabilitazione della comunicazione, del linguaggio, della voce e dei disturbi della deglutizione, somministrare test di valutazione e questionari, utilizzare indagini strumentali di sua competenza, specifici per valutare il linguaggio, la voce e la deglutizione, proporre l'adozione di ausili, addestrando il paziente al loro uso e verificandone l'efficacia, svolgere attività di studio, di didattica e di consulenza professionale presso le strutture sanitarie di competenza, monitorare l'evoluzione del paziente nel tempo durante o dopo il trattamento.
Al Logopedista sono richieste specifiche conoscenze, capacità ed abilità in ambito riabilitativo da applicare in caso di disturbi del linguaggio, della comunicazione, della deglutizione, delle funzioni corticali superiori, delle funzioni orali nelle varie età della vita, compresa l'età evolutiva.
Corsi di aggiornamento specifici per la propria figura professionale permetteranno al logopedista di approfondire i molteplici settori diagnostici e riabilitativi di sua competenza.
Il Logopedista dovrà avere, inoltre, competenze di tipo relazionale (verso il team, e il caregiver in particolare) e gestionali relativamente al suo settore di competenza.
Gli sbocchi professionali del Logopedista sono collocati nell'ambito del S.S.N. e Regionale; tale figura professionale potrà operare presso strutture sanitarie pubbliche e private accreditate, IRCCS, Centri di Riabilitazione, RSA, svolgere attività domiciliare ed ambulatoriale, quale dipendente o in regime libero professionale.
