LA FONDAZIONE DELLA “RIVISTA DI DIRITTO FINANZIARIO E SCIENZA DELLE FINANZE” NEI DOCUMENTI DELL’ARCHIVIO GRIZIOTTI DI PAVIA

Abstract. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the foundation of the Rivista di diritto finanziario e scienza delle finanze (Journal of Financial Law and Public Finance) by Benvenuto Griziotti, Mario Pugliese and Ezio Vanoni, this article aims to describe the initial momentum of the foundation and the spirit that animated the founders, focusing on the cultural paradigm expressed by the new publication. The “world” of the Griziotti’s School and of the scholars of the early period of this Journal is essentially reconstructed through the epistolary exchange between Griziotti and his entourage.
