Abstract:
Punishing Omissions. A Few Penal Policy Remarks Abstract: This essay maps the ways in which “not doing” was and is punished in modern and contemporary criminal justice systems. This overview allows the Author to draw some conclusions on the tendencies that are likely to characterize penal policy making with regard to omissions in the future risk society.
