Bogotà-Roma. Angiolo Mazzoni scrive a Bruno Zevi.

A life story told through the architecture. Just through the design Angiolo Mazzoni had represented his story, his concerns, his expectations. Engineer, architect and painter, he had created and realized important works in Italy but one day he went off to be reborn in Colombia. A story that has remained hidden for long time but that Bruno Zevi has revaluated and on which he has started to write important pages. All this finds a fundamental confirmation in the rich epistolary correspondence that began in 1958 between Zevi and Mazzoni and today allows us to re-analyze assertions and judgments that for long time have told a different story. The paper aims the redemption of a man who gave his life to the state, paying the desire of freedom and of creativity but the correspondence with Bruno Zevi from Colombia was an important way of cultural recovery of Angiolo Mazzoni in Italy.
