Abstract:
Our experience suggests that spinal cord inflammatory
injury may trigger an otherwise silent structural
abnormality, leading to the development of a
presyrinx. This confirms the hypothesis that presyrinx
derives from intraparenchymal accumulation of
extracellular fluid.
