Abstract:
Calculation of next-to-leading order (NLO) electroweak corrections to single W boson production in hadronic collisions. Combination with NLO QCD corrections and implementation in the POWHEG BOX framework. Application to W physics phenomenology at the LHC. First and original inclusion of electroweak contributions in a NLO + Parton Shower event generator of primary interest for physics at the LHC.
