The course aims at the knowledge and comparation of the main aspects of the most important contemporary Constitutions with a aparticualr attention to English speaking countries.

Metodi didattici
The first and the second part of the course consist of traditional lectures. In the third part the active participation of students will be required to present a short study.

Contenuti
The first part of the course will focus on some of the main topics of comparative constitutional law: Constitutions, federalism, judicial review, human rights, electoral systems and forms of government. The second part will be about the United States Supreme Court’s case law.
