The goal is to develop skills, systems, and mindset to lead innovation and change within organizations. The entire process is taken into consideration, from idea generation to commercialization and beyond. The generation of a learning environment and agile contexts within organizations - both small and big ones - is considered as a key goal to achieve the above-mentioned goal. In doing so, we explore different forms of breakthrough projects, including both technological initiatives and business model-based innovations.

Metodi didattici
The teaching method is particularly interactive and agile, stimulating creative and interactive thinking via flipped sessions, case studies, team works and simulations.
