MAIN GOALS The goal of this course is to explore the importance of soft skills in the workplace and to give students practical tools and knowledge to the importance of soft skills needed in order to pitch some idea and Manage start-ups/companies. LEARNING OUTCOMES At the end of the course, the students will be able to understand the different types of soft skills and they will be able to sell their ideas / projects, managing the relationship within the audience in terms of communication, emotional and cultural intelligence.
Prerequisiti
Basis of Management, Usage of presentation tools (Power Point / Keynote). Basis of Project Management are useful but not mandatory

Verifica Apprendimento
written exam- A specific project will be assigned to student groups. Every group will prepare a presentation in order to verify the team building skills also the public speaking skills
