The study od constitutional law aims at acquiring the basic knowledge of the Italian constitutional system in its historical development in the frame of the European integration process. In particular we will focus on the form of government, the sources of law, civil and social rights.
Course Prerequisites
Possession of a good method of study and a willingness to devote oneself consistently to studying the textbook are essential. A good knowledge of history and philosophy might help the study of the subject.
Teaching Methods
Lectures with the ausilium of slides.
Assessment Methods
The exam is oral and is structured in two phases: a first part is carried out with the class collaborators; if the first part is passed with an evaluation higher than sufficiency, the exam ends with an interview with the teacher in charge of the course.

The constitutional system. 5 Constitutional guarantees. 6. Civil and social rights. Duties. The course will consider some Agenda 2030 goals (3, 4, 5, 11, 16).
