The teaching of Internal medicine aims to provide students with the basic conceptsfor: -identify the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying several diseases; -understand the clinical and diagnostic approach to the patient; -recognize signs and symptoms of major diseases of internal medicine.
Course Prerequisites
An adequate knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is needed.
