The constitutional law course aims to provide fundamental knowledge of the Italian constitutional system, including its historical evolution and the process of European integration.
Course Prerequisites
None as it is a first year exam. In any case a good knowledge of history and philosophy might help the study of the subject.

The course aims to introduce and guide the study of the form of government and constitutional organization, the system of sources of law, the organization of territorial autonomy, the judicial function, constitutional justice, and the guarantee of fundamental rights and freedoms.
